Which BAHE Studio Balance Ball size is right for me?

Choosing the right size depends on your height:

• 55 cm (22 in): Suitable for users 150–165 cm (5'0"–5'5") tall.
• 65 cm (26 in): Suitable for users 165–180 cm (5'6"–5'11") tall.
• 75 cm (30 in): Suitable for users 180 cm (6'0") and taller.

When seated on the balance ball, your knees should be positioned at approximately a 90-degree angle, with your feet comfortably flat on the floor.
