Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

At Lift It Loaded, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements in accordance with Australian law.


Change of Mind

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and images before placing an order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if you receive an item that is:

  • Defective or damaged, or

  • Different from what you ordered.

To help us assess and resolve the issue quickly, please email us at sales@liftitloaded.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging where possible.

If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange one of the following at no cost to you:

  • A replacement of the same item (if available), or

  • A refund to your original payment method.


Returns Process

If a return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label or address, depending on the situation.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us for authorisation.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law):

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
