Shipping policy

At Lift It Loaded, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery within Australia.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are fulfilled from Perth, Western Australia.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak times (e.g. sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted courier partners such as Australia Post, or similar services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10+ business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
  • Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the website and at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery online.

If you haven’t received your tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us at sales@liftitloaded.com.


Delivery Issues & Risk

  • Once your order is handed over to the courier, Lift It Loaded is not liable for delays or lost/stolen parcels.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch from our warehouse.

  • If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@liftitloaded.com with photos and your order number.

  • If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, contact us immediately at sales@liftitloaded.com We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Some couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place if you're not home (ATL). If you do not want this, please include delivery instructions at checkout.
Lift It Loaded is not responsible for items marked as delivered by the courier.


PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers where supported by Australia Post.


Pre-Orders or Delayed Items

If an item is on pre-order or has an extended dispatch time, this will be noted on the product page. Your full order will be shipped once all items are ready.
