  • Limit sales to specific regions (including Australia only).

  • Limit quantities per customer or order.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Placing an order means you’re making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

We’ll confirm acceptance once payment is processed. Please check your order details carefully before submitting.

If we need to cancel or change your order, we’ll contact you via the email or phone number you provide.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is the final price (excluding shipping or other fees).

You agree to:

  • Provide valid and current payment info.

  • Authorise us to charge your selected payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery (Australia Only)

We ship within Australia.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control (e.g. weather, strikes).

Once your order is shipped, ownership and risk pass to you.

All orders are shipped from our Perth, Western Australia warehouse.  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently do not ship internationally.

7. Refunds and Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please:

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use. Any sales made on our site are directly between you and Lift It Loaded. Shopify is not responsible for any part of the transaction.

Some of your information may also be handled by Shopify, which is subject to their own privacy practices.

11. Feedback & Reviews
